Step 2 : DO THE FUNDAMENTALS
The CrossFit Garuda fundamentals program is created to serve as a basic training transition phase for new athletes to the gym.
The aim of the program is to cover the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit as well as basic CrossFit philosophy on fitness and nutrition.
Upon accomplishing the fundamentals program, athletes should be ready to join regular CrossFit classes at CFG. We believe that this is the best way to brief new athletes to our community, philosophy and programming.
It also means that athletes are already familiar with the basic movements that we practice in regular class and can transition into the program in a smooth manner.
Step 3 : SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP
JOIN REGULAR CROSSFIT CLASS
If you have done CrossFit for a while and familiar with all the movement, you could join our regular classes straight away, if not we will assess your technique and recommend you to either join Fundamentals program or give you a scale workout if you are just dropping – in.
