IS CROSSFIT FOR EVERYONE? WHAT IF SOMEONE IS UNFIT AND DOES NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH REGULAR EXERCISE?

We create our program and exercises to suit the abilities of our athletes. Yes, it is recommended to have your doctor and physician clear your health condition if you have pre-existing conditions that may be of concern. However; we are able to cater our workouts to your specific ability to ensure that you are able to safely perform the movements in the correct manner for the workouts.

WHAT IF I HAVE PRE-EXISTING INJURIES?

Once cleared by your doctor / physician to exercise, we will consult with you 1 on 1 regarding your condition. We will ensure that the movements are safe and that you are working on re-habilitation exercises to restore full range of motion and flexibility.

WILL I GET BULKY AND TOO MUSCULAR FROM DOING CROSSFIT?

Depending on your fitness goals, we will tailor the workout to you! If it is your goal to gain muscles and strength, we can tailor the programmed workout accordingly. If it is your goal to lose fat and build lean muscle, we can tailor the programmed workout accordingly too! More than the workout itself, how you practice the workout will also determine the way your body reacts to the stimulus and therefore how your body will be shaped from performing the workouts.

WHAT IS THE IDEAL AMOUNT OF TRAINING FOR A REGULAR PERSON?

We recommend that you come in at least 3 times a week. We are filled with so many things in our busy day-to-day schedules, but we need to ensure that we keep a balanced lifestyle. You can make the time to come in at least 3 times a week!
