Anthony Sutono

Anthony has been involved in the fitness world for the last 10 years. Prior to finding CrossFit, Anthony practiced body building methods of training from 2005 to 2010. He first started practicing with the CrossFit philosophy and training methods in 2011.

Seeing the positive impact it had on himself, Anthony has taken his love for CrossFit to the next level and went to obtain his Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certification in 2012 and CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer Certification in 2013. Anthony has been coaching CrossFit since 2012 and has loved every moment of it. One of his special talents is creating workout regimes that are not only beneficial, but also fun to do. Be sure to pop in one of his classes to try it out!

Peter Sutono

Pete is our Box Manager and Coach for our Fundamental and Regular Classes. Having played competitive amateur basketball in Australia and Indonesia since a young age, Pete brings with him huge amount of knowledge to the team.

Pete fell in love with CrossFit after his first WOD workout in 2012 and has steadily built his knowledge and experience on the field. Being passionate about people and well-being, Pete is always more than happy to share and have discussions on workout regimes, nutrition and any other positive chats.

Apart from coaching and motivating athletes at the box, Pete also enjoys good times with good company. He loves his meat (especially steak and bacon) and his wine. So be sure to invite him to your next party!

Eric ‘Naga’ Adisetia Januwardi

Eric has always been into sports ever since he was young and has played all kinds of sports. He took a particular interest in basketball and had tried to pursue it professionally before an unfortunate knee injury hindered him from doing so and started making him to gain weight.

Eric was introduced to CrossFit in 2013 and he had never looked back since. Through understanding and implementing the CrossFit way of life, including moving properly, good eating pattern and crushing WODs everyday (sometime twice a day!), Eric managed to successfully overcome his weight problem, managed his knee injury, and overall just made him feel great!

Because of his personal story, Eric is very enthusiastic and passionate about spreading the CrossFit way of life to everyone. He strongly believes that through CrossFit everyone can achieve their personal goals, whatever it may be.
