    – 1: Goblet Squats 16/12
    – 2: Renegade Rows (no weight)
    – Complete: 75 Goblet Squats and 100 Renegade Rows
    – Note: If the complete one movement before the other than they can just do the movement that hasn’t been completed

  • Snatch Pull Unders 3 x 3
  • OHS 3 x 3

  • 4 x 400m Row – Record score for each round
