  • For Time
    – 100 Double-unders
    – 50 Handstand Push-ups
    – 40 Toes-to-bars
    – 30 Shoulder-to-overheads (2 Db/kb 16/12 or 15/10)
    – 30 Front Rack Lunges (2 Db/kb 16/12 or 15/10)

RX

SWOD

  • 6 Sets of 1 Hang Squat Clean and 2 Jerks (Start at 60% and move up if moving well)

METCON

  • 3 Rounds each for time:
    – 10 Cal Air Assault Bike
    – 20 Unbroken Wallballs
    – 30 Hand release push ups
    – 40 Air Squats
