    – B. 3 Rds 15 Unbroken Wallballs 15 Burpee Box Jumps
    Rest 5 Mins
    – C. 3Rds 15 Kbs (32/24) 15 Burpee over KB
    [Timecap 12 mins for each section. Each person must finish round before next person starts. Each person to do all 3 Rounds of each section. Score is total time to complete all section.]
